The above shipping time frames are indicative from order confirmation to door delivery. They allow for delivery from winery(s) to warehousing, consignment consolidation, customs clearance and direct door delivery.
Shipping Pricing Includes:
Protective Packaging: Your wine is packed in protective packaging then consolidated with other personal wine exports.
Custom Clearance: All import duties and taxes are paid by us. Our committed team, in co-operation with our destination import agents manage the entire export process including NZ export documentation, destination import clearance, tax & duty payment.
Freight & Local Delivery: We deliver anywhere in Ireland – because your wine is sent direct from New Zealand we can deliver to all major cities in Ireland (including Northern Ireland), there are no restrictions. Once your wine has cleared customs it is safely delivered to the door of your nominated address by local courier.
Track and Trace: Throughout the shipping and delivery process you can follow the progress of your wine order. Once your wine order is loaded into the system we will provide you with a link and login details so at any time you can check the status of the delivery.
Full Insurance Protection: Peace of mind – throughout the entire shipping process your wine is covered with full insurance protection.
