Te Mania Three Brothers is a classic blend of 3 grape varieties; Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc. This wine is also named after the three brothers in the founding family as well as the Three Brothers landmark near the vineyards where we live
Tasting: This wine exhibits dark berry fruit aromas and flavours. A rich plate of fine tannins, and toasted smoky oak. Lovely dark chocolate and spice lingering.
Wine Making: The grapes of our Three Brothers Bordeaux blend were carefully hand harvested. At the winery they were crushed and fermented in small open fermenters with regular hand plunging over the ferment period. The wine was then settled in tank before being racked to French barrique barrels and then aged for 12 months prior to bottling.
