Aromas of fresh red berries are lifted by delicate floral tones of violet and rose, accented by subtle spice and a fine mineral edge. The palate is bright and expressive, with lively acidity and soft tannins carrying flavours of strawberry, cherry and raspberry through to a refreshing finish. Elegant and versatile, it pairs beautifully with lightly grilled white fish or shrimp, roast chicken, wild mushroom risotto or lean pork tenderloin with cherry compote.
