The 2017 vintage is very dark purple with purple hues. The wine has fragrant notes of violet, potpourri, red cherry, raspberry and black pepper on the nose. the palate is black and broody with ripe fruits, earthy notes, tobacco, violets and spice. A complex wine with nice acidity and ample fine-grain tannins, with a long persistent finish.
