All Carrick Rieslings are hand-harvested, and picked early to preserve the powerful floral aromatics and bright citrus acidity which are characteristic of Central Otago.
The wine has been a whole bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeast. The gentle handling of this wine means that it has been bottled without fining. Packed with sweet orange blossoms stone fruits and honeyed aromatics with a salty minerality adding complexity. The palate is layered with vibrant lush citrus characters which follow through to the long finish.
