The fruit for this wine was grown on the lower terrace at Askerne Vineyard. The wine was 100% tank fermented.
Vibrant aromas of passionfruit and tomato leaf fill the glass with added notes of freshly-cut chive, citrus and heady, tropical blossom. A pretty, zippy palate gives way to a lingering, fresh finish on a note of mouthwatering passionfruit. Can be enjoyed on its own, as an aperitif, and will complement a range of light, summery dishes and fish.
