Overview
Askerne Gewürztraminer 2021 is an exquisite and aromatic white wine, crafted from a blend of five distinct Gewürztraminer clones. Each clone contributes its unique characteristics to the final blend, resulting in a multi-layered expression of this celebrated variety. The fruit was carefully harvested in stages, from late March to early May, to ensure optimal ripeness. After minimal skin contact, the juice was pressed and fermented at cool temperatures using a selection of yeasts to enhance the grape's natural aromatics. Aged on light lees for six months, this wine develops depth and texture before being blended to perfection.
