The nose offers heady aromas of blackcurrant buds, bitter chocolate, cedar, spice, and toast, layered with a complex chalky vein. On the palate, the wine showcases the intensity of ripe Cabernet, with bold cassis flavours, a long, linear structure, and the hallmark dusty, chalky tannins. A balanced acidity draws the palate out, leading to a seamless, lingering finish. This wine is drinking beautifully now and will continue to evolve until 2028. Ideal for pairing with a char-grilled steak.
