New Release! Vegan Friendly. Pinot Noir is the heart of Foxes Island with the first single vineyard Pinot Noir produced in 1993 and today is what the Awatere Estate is largely dedicated. Cellar aged 6 years prior to release, fruit was beautifully presented. Gently handled, the juice was naturally fermented in wooden cuves. Beautifully structured with velvety layered flavours of dark fruit, toast and rich Indian spice.
