The Carrick Pinot Blanc is made from estate grown, BioGro certified organic grapes grown in a small 0.4 ha block on Carrick’s lower Cairnmuir Terrace Vineyard in Bannockburn. The 2019 represents our second release of this wine. Upon harvest, the grapes were wholebunch pressed and wild fermented in old oak barriques, where it underwent lie-stirring during ferment. The wine then matured for 7 months in barrel.
