Saratoga Estate Winery is owned by American David McCabe and his New Zealand wife Pam and is located on Waiheke Island. The Vineyard has strong links to Saratoga, California, a boutique wine community, located just south of San Francisco. The influence of this link is evident not just in name, but in the nature of the wines produced. Grape varieties including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Sangiovese and newly planted Chardonnay go towards the production of premium wines through meticulous care and passionate winemaking.

Saratoga features a vineyard café and is available for private functions and weddings. Cafe and Winery tastings available weekends and fine days or by appointment
