The Royal Easter Wine Show is New Zealand's oldest wine competition, held every year at the Auckland Showgrounds.

Although there was a slight drop in entries over last year, the 2008 Awards saw a significant increase in medals awarded. Of 1334 entries there were 79 Gold, 200 Silver and 576 Bronze.
